| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨氢氟酸烧伤的早期护理措施。方法：对10例氢氟酸烧伤病人实行全面系统地早期护理观察，主动配合医生实施相应地抢救治疗措施。结果：部分伤情较轻病人伤后早期有一短暂或时间不太长的潜伏期，流动冷水冲洗及相应地急救措施可有效的缓解疼痛症状，10例病人全部治愈。结论：在早期积极实施抢救措施的同时，加强对无症状或症状轻微的全面细致观察，有助于早期发现病情和进行相应地治疗护理。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the nursing measures for patients with hydrofluoric acid burn at the early stage. Method: Systematic and comprehensive nursing measures were taken systematically in coordination with the doctor's rescue measures, for treating 10 cases of this disease. Results: Some patients had a short latent period before the symptom appeared. Running water washing of the wounds may relieve the symptom. All the patients were healed. Conclusion: Active nursing measures at the early stage and careful observation of the patients, including those without painful symptoms can help to discover the problems and to take timely nursing measures. |
