手辅助腹腔镜活体供肾切取术六例的手术配合

目的探讨利用手辅助腹腔镜技术行活体肾切取术的手术配合方法。方法对6例亲属供肾者应用手辅助腹腔镜技术进行活体切取,再用常规方法将供肾移植给受者。仔细记录手术配合的全过程。结果6例手术顺利完成,供者术后恢复快,住院时间缩短,手术切口小,无手术并发症。结论术前腹腔镜设备、仪器准备充分,术中腹腔镜设备操作熟练,与术者默契配合是手术成功的关键。

Cooporation of Hand-assisted Laparoscopic Live Donor Nephretomy in Six Cases
