一次性真空采血在婴幼儿外周静脉采血中的应用

目的探索婴幼儿血液标本采集新途径。方法600例婴幼儿注射器股静脉采血为常规组，600例婴幼儿采用一次性针真空管外周静脉采血为改进组，比较2组穿刺成功率、有无凝血、溶血现象、有无局部出血、血肿及拔针后压迫止血时间长短。结果改进法采血在成功率、血标本质量等方面优于常规法（均p〈0．05）。结论对婴幼儿采用一次性采血针外周静脉采血方法简单，容易掌握和便于临床推广应用。

The Effect of One-time Vacuum Blood from Peripheral Venous in Fant

Objective：To provide a new way of the collection of blood sample in infant.Method：The blood sample from 600 infants were collected by two kinds of methods,and one was the traditional group drawing blood from a thigh vein by an injector,the improved group was from the outer vein by a once-used syringe.The results were compared following the five main indexes：the successful puncture rate,the phenomena of cruor,hemolysis,local bleeding,swelling or not and the time of stanch the wound by pressure after pulling injector out.Result：It was shown that it was a simple way to draw blood from the outer vein by a once-used syringe in infant.Conclusion：It is easy to be grasped and to be popularized in clinical applications.
