艾迪联合DCF方案治疗晚期胃癌临床观察

目的:评价艾迪注射液联合DCF方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效、毒副作用。方法:将64例晚期胃癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组34例,用艾迪注射液配合联合化疗;对照组30例,单纯联合化疗。结果:治疗组总有效率52.9%,对照组总有效率43.3%,两组比较P<0.05;两组治疗后KPS评分提高率分别是67.6%和53.3%(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组细胞免疫功能增强,P<0.05。主要的不良反应:白细胞下降发生率治疗组和对照组分别为41.1%和60%,消化道反应分别为47%和63.3%,两组比较P<0.05。结论:DCF加艾迪注射液治疗晚期胃癌可以提高近期疗效,降低不良反应,改善生活质量。

Clinical Observation of the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer with AiDi Injection Combined with DCF Chemotherapy Regimen

Objective:To evaluate the effects and adverse reactions of Aidi injection and DCF regimen chemo- therapy combination in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Method:64 patients were enrolled in this study and divid- ed randomly into two groups.34 patients (the study group) received Aidi injection in combination with chemotherapy,and 30 patients (the controlled group) received only chemotherapy.Result:The response rates in the study group and con- trolled group were 52.9% and 43.3%,showing a significant difference between the groups (P<0.05).The improvement rates of KPS score were 67.6% in the study group and 53.3% in the controlled group.The effect on cell immunity of the study group improved after the treatment.The main toxicity (leucopenia) of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Aidi injection combined with DCF regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric canc- er can increase its efficacy,lessen its toxicity and improve patients' life quality.
