| 摘 要： | 目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）在腺性膀胱炎和膀胱移行细胞癌（TCCB）组织中的表达规律,探讨其与肿瘤的侵袭和转移关系.方法通过免疫组织化学的方法研究了15例腺性膀胱炎和27例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中MMP-9的表达情况,并以8例正常膀胱组织作对照. 结果 MMP-9在正常膀胱组织中不表达或微量表达,在腺性膀胱炎和膀胱移行细胞癌组织中呈不同程度的阳性表达. 结论 MMP-9在膀胱病变中发挥重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of matrix metaUoproteinase - 9 in cystitis glandularis and transitional cell carcinoma of bladder, and investigate the relationship between tumor invasive capability and MMP - 9. Methods MMP - 9 was studied by immanohisteehemistry in 15 cystitis glandularis and 27 TCCB, and 8 normal bladder tissues as control. Results The expression of MMP - 9 was weak or negative in control group, positive in cystitis glandularis and TCCB. Conclusion MMP - 9 could play an important role in bladder diseases. |
