贝那普利联合硫酸镁治疗肺心病合并冠心病的疗效

摘    要:目的:探讨贝那普利联合硫酸镁治疗肺心病合并冠心病患者的临床效果。方法:选取2010年3月到2012年3月本院肺心病合并冠心病的老年患者78例,随机分成观察组及对照组,各39例。对照组给予吸氧、抗感染、祛痰、平喘、扩血管、利尿等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用贝那普利联合硫酸镁治疗治疗,评价两组的心功能指标、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗后两组各时间点收缩压和舒张压分别与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),两组间疗效比较,差异有统计意义(P〈0.05)。结论:贝那普利联合硫酸镁能够显著控制患者血压,临床疗效显著,不良反应小,可以推广。

Abstract:Objective: To study clinical efficacy of Benazepril combined with magnesium sulfate on pulmonary heart disease (PHD) accompanied by coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods:78 elderly patients visited during March 2010 to March 2012 who suffered from PHD accompanied by CHD were randomly divided into treatment group ( 39 cases) and control group ( 39 cases). The control group was given conventional treatment such as oxygen uptake, anti-infection, phlegm-removing, asthma-relieving, use of anticoagulants and diuretics. The treatment group received intravenous treatment by using Benazepril combined with magnesium sulfate on the basis of conventional therapy. We assessed cardiac function indexes, clinical outcomes and adverse reactions of all patients in both groups. Results: Systolic and diastolic blood pressure at various points after treatment were compared between two groups, which showed significant differences ( P 〈 0. 05). There were significant differences of curative effects between two groups ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: There was significant improvement in blood pressure control after treating with Benazepril combined with magnesium sulfate, which are worth of being generalized due to remarkable clinical effect and less adverse reactions.
