不同手术方式对子宫肌瘤术后卵巢功能及性功能的影响

目的：探讨不同手术方法治疗子宫肌瘤对患者术后卵巢功能及性功能的影响。方法：回顾性分析2011年5月至2013年10月高州市妇幼保健院收治的120例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料，其中68例行子宫肌瘤剔除术（观察组），52例行全子宫切除术保留附件（对照组）。采用女性性功能调查问卷及婚姻质量调查问卷，观察两组患者术后6、12个月的卵巢功能与性功能变化情况及术后夫妻生活质量。结果：术后6个月，两组 FSH 水平较术前明显升高（P〈0.05）， E2水平均较术前降低（P〈0.05），两组术后 FSH、E2水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组术后性功能评分均较术前明显提高，观察组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：子宫肌瘤剔除术对患者的卵巢及性功能影响小，优于全子宫切除并保留附件手术。

Different surgical methods on uterine myoma postoperative ovarian function and sexual impact

Objective： on patients with different surgical treatment of uterine fibroids on the effect of postoperative ovarian function and sexual function, aims to improve patient quality of life after surgery.Methods：120 patients who underwent operative treatment of uterine fibroids 68 uterine fibroids routine surgery （observation group）, the same routine 52 total hysterectomy retaining attachment （control group）. Adopted questionnaire to female sexual and marriage quality questionnaire, to evaluate two groups of 6 months and 12 months postoperatively in patients with ovarian function and changes in sexual function and postoperative quality of life of husband and wife. Results： Two groups after 6 months hormone level determination of FsH compared with preoperative elevated obviously, two groups of postoperative E2 were reduced compared with preoperative, six months there was no significant difference comparing significance （P〉0.05）, significant but 12 months is more difference （P〈0.05）. Two groups of six months after sexual function score than preoperative obviously increase, observation group is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Ovary and uterus is women very important endocrine organs, whether patients with uterine fibroids excision uterus and ovaries should be considered. Uterine fibroids out on ovarian and sexual function in patients with small, surgery is better than that of hysterectomy and keep all accessories.
