探讨门诊手足口病808例防治措施

目的：总结手足口病的不同临床表现、治疗及预后。方法：回顾性分析2011年6月至2012年4月在本院门诊就诊的808例手足口病患儿的临床资料。结果：3岁以下幼儿发病为主共571例（70.67％）：808例患儿手足部均见水疱疹及斑丘疹;有密切接触史,幼儿园、群居的患儿501例（62.0％）：有5例患儿发病2次;本院均为咽拭子形式采取样本,本次病例中的50例,有（EV）阳性48例,其中 EV71型阳性30例,结果偏高。说明 EV7l 是目前本院手足口病流行的优势毒株。结论：本组808例中,501例（62.00％）发生在幼儿园或者群居儿童,说明儿童之间相互感染容易引起广泛的传播,提示幼儿园及学校应重视预防,做好晨检,尽早地发现手足口病患儿,并及早地让患儿至定点医院正规治疗.避免居家治疗导致病情加重和救治不力而增加医疗成本和危重症死亡病例的发生概率,尽量减少发病班级的儿童与其他班级儿童接触的机会.以减少交叉感染的机会。

Management of pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease in outpatient

Objective：To investigate clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis of pediatric pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease in outpatient. Methods： From June 2011 to April 2012, 808 patients with pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease were retrospectively studied. Results： The occurrence rate of foot and mouth disease was 70. 67%, the clinical characteristics is skin rash that develops over 1 to 2 days with flat or raised red spots, some with blisters. Enterovirus was detected in 48 samples, enterovirus 71 was often present. Conclusion： The risk of infection can be lowered by good hygienic practices and Avoid close contact with children with hand-foot-mouth disease.
