乳腺癌外周血微转移的临床病理意义

目的通过检测乳腺癌患者外周血肿瘤细胞含量探讨其临床病理意义。方法以人细胞角蛋白抗体和CD45抗体双色免疫标记,应用多参数流式细胞仪方法检测外周血标本中肿瘤细胞含量。结果正常对照组、乳腺良性肿瘤组均未检测到肿瘤细胞。77例乳腺癌患者中64例检测出肿瘤细胞,阳性率为83.1%。Ⅲ+Ⅳ期阳性率高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);有淋巴结转移的阳性率高于无淋巴结转移,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者外周血中肿瘤细胞含量对指导临床治疗和评估预后可能有重要意义。

The clinical pathology significance of Micro metastasis in the peripheral blood of patients with Breast carcinoma
