输卵管妊娠保守性手术中缝扎输卵管系膜血管临床效果

目的分析腹腔镜下输卵管妊娠保守性手术中缝扎系膜血管的可行性及临床效果。方法将96例因异位妊娠住院手术的患者,随机均分成甲、乙两组,甲组取出妊娠物前缝扎输卵管系膜血管1~3针,再行输卵管开窗术或挤压术取输卵管内妊娠物。乙组直接采用开窗术或挤压取输卵管内容物,记录两组患者术中出血量、术后输卵管通畅率、持续性异位妊娠发生率、血β-HCG恢复正常的时间及术后月经和卵巢内分泌功能情况。结果甲、乙两组术中出血量、术后输卵管通畅率差异有统计学意义(P0.05);术后持续性异位妊娠发生率,血β-HCG恢复正常的时间,术后月经周期情况及3~6个月后所测E2、P差异均无统计学意义(P均0.05)。结论输卵管妊娠保守性手术中缝扎系膜血管出血少、对输卵管损伤轻,卵巢血流无明显影响、术后通畅率高。
