| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨痰热清注射液治疗放射性肺炎的疗效。方法：共62例，随机分两组。治疗组32例采用痰热清注射液20ml加入5％葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注，每日1次，7天为1个疗程。对照组30例采用头孢唑啉钠5．0g与地塞米松5mg同时加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注，每日1次，7天为1个疗程。两组均使用1个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率81．3％，对照组50．0％。治疗组疗效优于对照组，P〈0．05。结论：痰热清注射液治疗放射性肺炎有很好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Tanreqin injection on treating radiation pneumonitis.Methods:62 cases with radiation pneumonitis were randomly divided into the treatment group(32 cases)and the contrast group(30 cases).The treatment group Was injected by 20ml Tanreqin injection and 250ml glucose injection with 5%concentration through vein every day.The contrast group was injected by 250ml physiological brine immitted with 5.0g cefazoline sodium and 5mg dexamethasone every day.Seven day was a therapeutic period.The curative effects of two groups were compared after one therapeutic period.Results:The total curative effect of the treatment group and the contrast group were 81.3%and 50.0%respectively.Conclusion:Tanreqin injection has good curative effect on treeing radiation pneumonitis. |
