Magnetic resonance imaging in occult spinal dysraphism

Abstract:The value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), compared to myelography and computerized tomography, is illustrated in six patients with occult spinal dysraphism. MRI proved to be the diagnostic tool of choice.
