| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定佛手配方颗粒中橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(35∶65),检测波长为284 nm,柱温为40℃。结果橙皮苷在11.2～89.6μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.92%,RSD为2.03%。结论此法简便快速、重复性好,可用于佛手配方颗粒的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Purpose To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Foshou Dispensing Granules.Methods Hesperidin was separated on Shim-pack VP-ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column and detected at 284 nm,at 40 ℃,with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(35:65)as mobile phase.Results There was good linearity from 11.2-89.6 μg/mL(r=0.999 9)in separation of hesperidin.The average recovery is 98.92% with RSD 2.03%.Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible,so it can be used for the quality control of Foshou Dispensing Granules. |
