槐白皮对辐射损伤小鼠丙二醛和血管内皮生长因子水平变化的影响

摘    要:目的研究槐白皮对辐射损伤小鼠丙二醛(MDA)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。方法昆明种小鼠40只,随机分为正常组、槐白皮0.2,0.4,0.8 g/kg剂量组、照射对照组。正常组外各组给予60Coγ射线一次性照射,给药10 d后测定小鼠血清中MDA含量,检测小鼠骨髓组织切片中VEGF表达水平。结果槐白皮各剂量组MDA含量较正常组增高(P<0.05),与照射对照组比较,显著降低(P<0.01)。槐白皮各剂量组VEGF的表达均显著高于照射对照组(P<0.01);槐白皮0.4 g/kg剂量组VEGF表达与正常组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),另两剂量组低于正常组(P<0.05)。结论槐白皮能清除辐射损伤小鼠体内氧自由基,增强机体抗氧化功能,促进骨髓造血细胞的恢复。

Abstract:Purpose To study the effect of Sophora japonical on the irradiated mice′s level of malondialdehyde(MDA)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Methods Forty Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal control group,Sophora japonical group which including three different concentrationgs groups(0.2,0.4,and 0.8 g/kg),and irradiation control group.All the mice were irradiated with 60Coγ ray besides the normal one,then Sophora japonical group was given for 10 days.After that,MDA level of mice′s serum and the expression of VEGF of bone marrow were detected.Results Compared with the normal group,the MDA level of every Sophora japonical group was increased(P<0.05),and the level of MDA was significantly decreased(P<0.01) compared to irradiation group.The expression of VEGF of every Sophora japonical group was significantly higher than that of the irradiation group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the expression of VEGF between Sophora japonical 0.4 g/kg group and normal group(P>0.05),but the expression of VEGF of 0.2 and 0.8 g/kg group were both lower than that of the normal one(P<0.05).Conclusion Sophora japonical can remove free radical internal oxygen and strengthen anti-oxidization and promote hematopoietic cells renewing.
