摘    要:目的 探讨姜黄素对人肝癌细胞HepG-2生长抑制作用及其对细胞超微结构的影响。方法 采用MTT法观察药物对癌细胞生长的影响,应用透射电镜观察癌细胞的超微结构改变。结果 MTT法显示,姜黄素能抑制肝癌细胞的生长,随着剂量增加,其效应也增加。电镜观察显示癌细胞经姜黄素作用后超微结构发生改变,凋亡细胞多见。结论 姜黄素具有抑制HepG2肝癌细胞生长的作用,其作用机制之一为诱导细胞凋亡。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Curcumin on inhibiting growth and the ultrastructure of human hepatocarcinoma cell line HepG-2 in vitro.Methods The effect of Curcumin on the growth rate of tumor cells was determined by MTT method. The changes of cell ultrastructures were observed under transmission electron microscopy (TEM).Results MTT method revealed that Curcumin could inhibit the growth of the hepatocarcinoma cells in a dose-dependent manner. Under TEM, after the cells were treated with Curcumin, the ultrastructures changed and more apoptotic cells were seen.Conclusion Curcumin can inhibit the growth of hepatocarcinoma cell line HepG-2 by induction of apoptosis.
