摘    要:目的对某医院核医学科放射防护的检测结果进行分析,根据检测结果提出放射防护最优化建议。方法按照相关国家标准,采用FD-3013 B智能γ辐射仪测量核医学工作场所的环境放射防护水平,FJ-2201型(α、β)表面污染测量仪进行表面污染检测。结果该核医学科及周围环境辐射最大值为1.95μSv/h,各个工作场所中环境辐射剂量率最大值为2.04μSv/h,表面污染的最大值为0.29 Bq/cm^2,职业人员全年有效剂量的最大值为2.1 mSv。结论该核医学科选址适宜,布局合理,辐射防护及工作场所表面污染水平监测结果符合相关国家标准。为保护工作人员和公众的身体健康,应加强对工作场所的放射防护检测,实现实践的正当性和医疗照射的防护最优化。

Abstract: Objective ] To analyze the test results of radiological protection level of nuclear medicine department of a hospital, so as to put forward optimized suggestion for radiological protection. Methods] According to relative national standards," FI)-3013B" intelligent "yradiometer was applied to measure the level of environmental radiological protection in nuclear medicine workplace, and " FJ-2201" ( α, β ) Surface contamination meter was used to conduct detection of surface contamination. Results ] The radiation maximum of the department and the surroundings was 1.95 μSv/h, the maximum of environmental radiation dose rate was 2.04 μSv/h, the maximum of surface contamination was0.29 Bq/cm^2, the annually maximum effective dose among professional staff was 2.1 mSv. Conclusion] The site of the nuclear medicine department is appropriate, and the layout is rational. The monitoring results for the radio protection and surface contamination in workplace accord with national standards. To protect the health of the staff and the public, the detection for the radio protection in all workplaces should be strengthened to realize the legitimacy of the practice and the optimization for the medical radiation.
