药品带量采购对芜湖市中医医院质子泵抑制剂使用的影响

目的 分析药品带量采购后对芜湖市中医医院质子泵抑制剂（PPIs）使用情况的影响，为药品带量采购工作的执行和医院药事管理提供参考。方法 以2020年11月份为政策执行点，分别调取医院信息系统（HIS）药品带量采购前（2019年5月—2020年10月）与药品带量采购后（2020年11月—2022年4月）PPIs的使用数据，按照给药途径进行分类，采用药物经济学方法回顾性分析药品供应目录、价格、销售数量、金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用（DDC）变化情况。结果药品集中带量采购政策执行后，PPIs口服剂型消耗量保持稳定，销售金额下降22.09%，注射剂型消耗量下降45.22%，销售金额下降61.16%，中选品种用药频度大幅度提高，日治疗费用大幅度降低。结论 药品集中带量采购后，切实减轻了患者的用药负担，有效的节省了医保资金，促进了临床的合理用药。

Influence of drug purchase with quantity on the use of proton pump inhibitors in Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective To analyze the effects of drug purchase with quantity on the use of proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) in Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and to provide reference for the implementation of drug purchase with quantity and hospital pharmaceutical management. Methods Taking November 2020 as the policy implementation point, the use data of PPIs of hospital Information System (HIS) before (May 2019-October 2020) and after (November 2020-April 2022) drug delivery volume were collected and classified according to drug delivery route. Pharmacoeconomic methods were used to retrospectively analyze the changes of drug supply list, price, sales quantity, sum, DDDs and DDC. Results After the implementation of the centralized procurement policy, the consumption of oral dosage forms of PPIs remained stable, with the consumption sum decreasing by 22.09%, the consumption of injection dosage forms by 45.22%, and the consumption sum decreasing by 61.16%. The frequency of drug use of selected varieties was greatly improved, and the daily treatment cost was greatly reduced. Conclusion After the centralized procurement of medicines in quantity, the burden of medication on patients is effectively reduced, medical insurance funds are effectively saved, and rational clinical medication is promoted.
