农村已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染相关知识及求医行为调查

目的:了解农村已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染(RTI)相关知识及求医行为,为制定有效的干预措施提供依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样法调查2 663名,采用统一的方法进行问卷调查、临床检查和实验室检查。结果:RTI总患病率为47.99%,RTI患者中无症状比例为33.49%,有症状且求医的比例为57.90%,求医遵医嘱治疗的比例为11.61%。已婚育龄妇女对RTI各种知识的平均回答正确率为45.40%。结论:农村已婚育龄妇女RTI患病率高,求医意识差、遵医嘱治疗率低,缺乏RTI相关防治知识,应通过各种途径进行健康教育和提供RTI防治服务。

Investigation on the Relative Knowledge of Reproductive Tract Infection and Health- seeking Behavior of Rural Married Women of ChildbEaring Age

Objective:To understand the relative knowledge of RTI and health-seeking behavior of rural married women of childbearing age and to provide evidence for prevention of RTI.Methods:Stratified-cluster sampling was carried out and standard methods were used to questionnaire investigation,clinic and laboratory examination.Results:General prevalence rate of RTI was 47.99%,of these infected women,33.49% were asymptomatic;Of all the symptomatic women,57.90% sought treatment,and of women seeking health care,11.61% were treated adequately;The correct answer rate of RTI knowledge was 45.40 %.Conclusion:RTI prevalence rate in married childbearing age women in rural orca was high,their consciousness on seeking health care was low and their knowledge about PTI was poor.It is necessary to carry out health education and provide more family planning service.
