医用臭氧以及化学髓核溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床分析

目的探讨医用臭氧以及化学髓核溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的价值。方法选择腰椎间盘突出症患者79例,分为2组,化学髓核溶解术组(化溶组)38例患者;臭氧治疗组41例患者,分别行化学髓核溶解术手术以及臭氧治疗。结果化溶组和臭氧治疗组的总有效率分别为81.58%和85.36%,无统计学差异;2组的并发症率分别为65.79%以及12.20%,其中疼痛加剧有统计学差异,而尿潴留、肠麻痹、过敏反应、神经损伤以及椎间盘炎无统计学差异。结论医用臭氧以及化学髓核溶解术均是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的微创方法,疗效相当。

Clinical Analysis of Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Medical Ozone and Chemonucleolysis

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of treatment of lumbar disc herniation with medical ozone and chemonucleolysis.Methods Seventy-nine patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into two groups:chemonucleolysis group(38 cases) and ozone group(41 cases),they were respectively undergone treatment with chemonucleolysis and medical ozone.Results The lotal efficacy in chemonucleolysis group and ozone group was 81.58% and 85.36% respectively(P>0.05).The complications were 65.79% and 12.20% in chemonucleolysis group and ozone group respectively,of them,the painful sharpening had statisticslly significant difference between two groups,but urine retention,enteroparalysis,anaphylactic response,nerve injury and discitis had not statisticslly significant difference.Conclusion The curative effects of lumbar disc herniation with injection of medical ozone and chemonucleolysis are the same.
