| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对改善晚期癌症患者临终期生存质量的影响，为护理干预在晚期癌症患者临终护理方面的广泛应运提供科学依据。方法参照我国于1990年制定的肿瘤病人的生活质量评分（QOL）标准，将62例入住我院经确诊为癌症晚期的患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组除常规临终护理外，给予积极的护理干预措施，对照组只给予常规临终护理。结果试验组与对照组按（QOL）评分，结果经统计学处理有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预对晚期癌症患者生存质量的改善有积极意义，值得在临床推广应用。
