恶性骨肿瘤术后免疫联合治疗对免疫状态的影响及其无瘤生存影响意义

 目的　探讨手术后的恶性骨肿瘤患者经自体瘤苗及TF联合免疫治疗对T4 T8值影响作用 ,研究T4 T8值变化和免疫综合治疗对无瘤生存率的影响。方法　抗人T细胞OKT系统OKT4 、OKT8检测T4 T8值 ,自体瘤苗的转移因子分别皮内注射和皮下注射 ,复查随访无瘤生存率。结果　治疗使无瘤生存率提高 ,使T4 T8值升高 ,而T4 T8值与无瘤生存相关不大。结论　联合免疫治疗提高无瘤生存率 ,可提高整体免疫水平 ,而整体免疫水平无显著变化者也有显著无瘤生存率。提示手术后免疫联合治疗恶性肿瘤的作用主要是特异性抗瘤免疫的激活及敏感性升高 ,这种效应即使在较低的宏观整体免疫水平下也可起作用。

The Relation Between the Non-neoplastic Survival and the Immunocondition of Immunotherapy of Auto-neoplastic Vaccine Assisted with TF to the Malignant Osteoneoplasia

Objective To investigate the inflence of the comprehensive immunotherapy of auto-neoplastic vaccine assisted with TF(AV a TF)to the malignant osteoneoplasia in the term of non-neoplastic survival,and to futherly verity the relation between theraptic effect and the level of immunocondition which is related with immunotherapy.Methods Using antihuman OKT 4 OKT 8 McAb to measure T 4/T 8,we apply AN(inter-dermic injection)and TF(subcufanous injection)as a comprehensive immunotherapy and follow-check the rate of survival and non-neoplastic survival.Results The treatment has significantly raise the rate of non-neoplastic survival( P <0.01)and the T 4/T 8 ratio( P <0.05),but there is no relation between the rate and the ratio which marked the whole immune system lael in vivo.Conclusion AV assisted with TF increase the rate of Non-neoplastic survival( P <0.01) and this theraptic effect may happen without the significant T 4/T 8 ratio ascendment,which indicate a effective clinal therapy even with a low immune system level.
