| Abstract: | In the recent years, our college has been further developed with the strategy of reinvigorating a university through human resource development. The training of the teaching faculty has been strengthened so that the structure of the teaching faculty has been improved. A normative management was implemented. Measures were taken to prevent brain drain with humanity as well as regulations, with the purpose of handling well the introduction, nurture and use of highlevel personnel at our college. |
