超声在肝胆脾胰疾病检查中的临床价值

目的通过超声对肝、胆、脾、胰的检查,分析肝、胆、脾、胰的常见病,多发病,并探讨不同疾病的影像特点。方法本组2000例。均为门诊患者,均早晨空腹进行检查。结果在2000例中,检出1100例患有肝、胆、脾、胰的疾病,占总例数的55%。总患病数1249例。结论胆囊炎、脂肪肝、感染性弥漫性肝病、胆囊结石发病较多,胆囊炎、胆囊结石、脂肪肝女性发病较多,女性患病大于男性;感染性弥漫性肝病、肝硬化,男性发病较多,男性发病高于女性。

Clinical Value of Ultrasound in Detection of Disease of Liver,Bladder, Spleen and Pancreas

Objective To analyze the common disease of live, spleen, bladder and pancreas and discuss the incidence characteristics with gender. Methods The clinical data of 2000 OPD patient who were detected with ultrasound with fasting detection from July 2004. Results 1100 cases of 2000 had suffered from such diseases of mentioned above with the rate of 55%. Conclusion The cholecystitis, cholecystolithiasis, fatty liver and infectious diffusive hepatopathy were common. The first three diseases were common in female and last one was common in male.
