三项血清肿瘤标志物在乳腺癌诊断中的应用

目的：探讨血清糖类抗原153（CA153）、血清糖类抗原125（CA125）和癌胚抗原（CEA）三项肿瘤标志物在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法采用免疫定量法检测113例乳腺癌、43例乳腺良性病变患者和35例健康人的血清CA153、CA125和CEA水平。结果乳腺癌组CA153、CA125和CEA的血清浓度、阳性检出率明显高于良性乳腺病组和健康对照组（P〈0．01），且随肿瘤临床分期增高而升高趋势；三项肿瘤标志物联合检测比单项检测的阳性率和灵敏度更高。结论CA153、CA125及CEA在乳腺癌早期检出率较低，不宜作为作为乳腺癌早期诊断指标，但其动态变化可作为监测病情进展的一种辅助手段，联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断价值更高。

The Role of Three Tumor Markers in Diagnosis for Patients with Breast Cancer

Objective To study the clinical value of detecting serum levels of CA153, CA125, CEA for patients with breast carcinoma. Methods Using the cheminescent immunoassay, we detected the serum levels of CA153, CA125, CEA in 113 patients with breast cancer, 43 patients with benign breast tumors and 35 healthy control subjects. Results The serum levels of CA153,CA125,CEA and it’s positive detection rates in the breast cancer group were significantly higher than those in the benign breast disease group and the control group （P〈0. 01）. In the breast cancer group, the levels of tumor markers and the positive rate increased with the increase of clinical stage. Conclusion CA153, CA125 and CEA in breast cancer early diagnosis is of little value, its dynamic changes can be used as an auxiliary means to monitor the progress of the disease, the combined detection in the diagnosis of breast cancer is higher.
