除湿通淋颗粒治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎临床观察

目的观察除湿通淋颗粒治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机分组、平行对照、单盲观测的临床试验研究方法,将84例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者分为除湿通淋颗粒治疗组(治疗组)及癃清片对照组(对照组),每组42例。治疗组患者口服除湿通淋颗粒治疗,对照组口服癃清片。两组用药4周后观察美国国立卫生院前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)及中医证候积分。结果治疗组NIH-CPSI评分总有效率为85.71%,对照组为69.05%。治疗组中医证候积分总有效率为92.86%,对照组为71.43%。两组患者NIH-CPSI评分及中医证候积分总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论除湿通淋颗粒治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎临床疗效显著。

Clinical Observation of Chronic Non -Bacterial Prostatitis Treated with Chushi Tongli Granules

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on chronic non -bacterial prostatitis （CNP） treated with Chushi Tongli Granules. Methods The randomized parallel, controlled and single blind clinical trial was adopted. Eighty -four cases of CNP were divided into Chushi Tongli Granules treatment group （treat- ment group）and Longqing Tablets control group （control group）,42 cases in each one. In the treatment, Chushi Tongli Granules were prescribed for oral administration. In the control group, Longqing Tablets were prescribed for oral administration. In 4 weeks of medication, NIH - CPSI score and symptoms score of Chinese medicine were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of NIH - CPSI score was 85.71% in the treatment group and was 69.05% in the control group. The total effective rate of symptoms score of Chinese medicine was 92.86% and was 71.43% in the control group. The differences in the total ef- fective rates of NIH - CPSI score and symptoms score of Chinese medicine were significant between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Chushi Tonglin Granules achieve the significant clinical efficacy on CNP.
