强化护理干预对糖尿病足的影响

目的：探讨全面、强化护理干预对糖尿病足患者的影响。方法将60例糖尿病足（0级糖尿病足）患者随机分为2组，其中对照组30例，干预组30例。对照组采用常规足部健康教育指导为主的护理措施，干预组采用全面、强化护理措施进行干预，比较6个月后2组患者足部症状改善情况及糖尿病足的进展情况。结果对照组糖尿病足的疼痛、皮肤溃疡等症状无明显改善，2例患者因溃疡而截趾；干预组症状显著改善，无1例截趾。2组患者的糖尿病足治疗效果比较，干预组优于对照组，有统计学差异（ P﹤0.05）。结论对糖尿病足患者来说，采用全面、强化护理干预不仅提高了糖尿病足的治疗有效率，还可以可以有效控制糖尿病足的进展。

The impact of reinforcing the nursing intervimpact ention in treatment of patients with diabetic foot

Objective：Objective the study was to explore the impact of comprehensively reinforcing the nursing inter-vention in treatment of patients with diabetic foot. Method：diagnosed in our hospital 60 cases of diabetic foot（0 Diabetic Foot）study was randomly divided into intervention group and control group with each of 30 cases. The control group was mainly given conventional foot health education guidance as the nursing treatment,and the intervention group was given comprehensively reinforcing the nursing treatment as intervention. The impact was evaluated by comparing the improvement of foot symptoms and the progress of diabetic foot of the two groups of patients after 6 months treatment. Results：it had no significant improvement in the control group of pain,skin ulcers and other symptoms of diabetic foot,for there were two ca-ses had to cut off the affected toe because of foot ulcers,while the intervention group that didn’t develop foot ulcers had significant improvement. The comparison of the effect of two groups of patients with diabetic foot showed that the interven-tion group will advance the control group to the level of significance（ P ﹤0. 05）. Conclusion：For patients with diabetic foot,conducting comprehensively reinforcing the nursing intervention can not only improve the efficiency of treatment of dia-betic foot but also effectively control the progress of diabetic foot.
