骨肽注射液促进四肢骨折愈合的效果及对红细胞相关指标影响的研究

目的探讨骨肽注射液促进四肢骨折愈合的效果及对红细胞相关指标的影响。方法选取2012年1月至2013年2月进行治疗的78例四肢骨折患者为研究对象，将78例患者随机分为对照组（常规四肢骨折治疗组）39例和观察组（常规治疗加骨肽注射液组）39例，然后将两组不同骨折者的愈合时间、并发症发生率及治疗前后的肿胀程度、红细胞相关指标进行统计与比较。结果观察组中不同骨折者的愈合时间均短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，治疗后不同时间的肿胀程度及红细胞相关指标均明显好于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论骨肽注射液可有效促进四肢骨折愈合及减少并发症的发生，且对红细胞相关指标的影响也更为积极。

Study on the promotion effect of ossotide injection in the patients with limbs fracture and its influence for the erythrocyte related inde- xes.

Objective To investigate and study the promotion effect of ossotide injection in the patients with limbs fracture and its influ- ence for the erythrocyte related indexes. Methods 78 patients with limbs fracture in our hospital from January 2012 to February 2013 were select- ed as research object, and 78 cases were randomly divided inyo control group （routine limbs fracture treatment group）39 eases and observation group（ routine treatment and ossotide injection group）39 cases, then the healing time, incidence of complications and swelling degree, erythrocyte related indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The healing time of observation group with dif- ferent fracture were shorter than those of control group, incidence of complications were lower than those of control group, swelling degree, erythro- cyte related indexes at different time after the treatment were all obviously better than those of control group, all P 〈 0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion The ossotide injection can effectively promote the healing of limbs fracture and controlling the incidence of complica- tions, and its influence for the erythrocyte related indexes is more active.
