食道支架置入术治疗食管狭窄的护理

目的探讨食管狭窄患者食道支架置入术的护理措施。方法对36例食管狭窄患者采用食道支架置入术，并进行术前仔细的准备、术中准确快速的配合、术后正确的体位、饮食指导及并发症的观察与处理。结果该组36例除1例胸痛、呕吐不能忍受，术后第5天取出支架，1例术后上消化道出血死亡外，其余34例患者吞咽困难明显改善。结论食道支架置入术能较好地解决晚期食道癌并发食道狭窄患者进食困难的问题，改善营养状况，提高生活质量，正确的护理是减少并发症，提高疗效的保证。

Nursing of Esophageal Stenting in Treatment of Esophageal Stenosis

Objective] To investigate the care measures of esophageal stenting in treatment of esophageal stenosis. Methods] 36 cases of esophageal stenosis were treated with esophageal stent implantation. Preoperative careful preparation, intraoperative rapid and accurate cooperation, postoperative right position, dietary guidance, and observation and treatment of complications were conducted. Results] Of 36 cases in addition to 1 case of chest pain, non-tolerating of vomiting, removing the stent after 5 days, 1 case of upper gastrointestinal bleeding after death, the remaining 34 cases of patients with dysphagia improved significantly. Conclusion] Esophageal stenting can solve the advanced esophageal stenosis in patients with esophageal cancer comphcated by difficulties in eating, improve the nutritional status and the quality of life. The right care is the guarantee to reduce complications and improve the efficacy of treatment.
