| 摘 要： | 目的 :系统介绍我国应用KTA检测中药注射剂细菌内毒素的研究情况 ,为同类研究提供参考。方法 :依据国内公开发表的论文等文献资料 ,对KTA检测中药注射剂细菌内毒素的情况加以介绍。结果 :全国应用KTA检测中药细菌内毒素共有 9个品种 ,发表论文 9篇。结论 :必须加快中药注射剂KTA测定细菌内毒素的研究步伐和论证工作 ,使更多中药品种由热原检查法改为细菌内毒素检查法。

| Abstract: | Objective:The paper systematicly introduces the national study condition of intracellular toxin test with KTA in traditional Chinese injection. It also provides reference for the same kind of study. Method:The paper bases on the these published in China. It respectively intraoduces the intracellular toxin test in traditional Chinese injection with KTA.Results:There are nine kinds of traditional Chinese injection tested with KTA Nine these have been published. In 2001,the development was faster. There were 7 kinkds and 7 theses. Conclusion:In order to make more kinds of injection tested with intracellular toxin instead of pyrogens,the study and demonstration should be fasted. |
