实施母婴安全工程对降低孕产妇及5岁以下儿童死亡率的观察

目的:了解实施母婴安全工程,取消家庭接生和不具备接生条件的卫生院的接生资格,提高住院分娩率对降低孕产妇及5岁以下儿童死亡率的影响。方法:按照《中国孕产妇死亡监测方案》及《中国5岁以下儿童死亡监测方案》进行孕产妇死亡及5岁以下儿童死亡监测,采取随机整群抽样方法对唐山市实施母婴安全工程前、后死亡情况进行分析。结果:实施母婴安全工程后孕产妇、新生儿、婴儿和5岁以下儿童死亡率分别比实施母婴安全工程前下降了42. 86%、30 .37%、17 .01%和14. 00%,(P<0. 01)。结论:实施母婴安全工程,提高住院分娩率是降低孕产妇、婴儿和5岁以下儿童死亡率的有效方法。

The effect of implementation of mother - infant safety project on the decrease of mortality of pregnant and lying -in women and children aged less than 5 years old

Objective:To explore the effect of increase of delivery rate in hospital on decrease of mortality of pregnant and lying-in women and children aged less than 5 years old by carrying out mother-infant safety project, eliminating familial delivery and abolishing qualification of healthcenter without accouche requirements.Methods:The death of pregnant and lying-in women and children aged less than 5 years old were monitored according to《The death monitoring scheme of Chinese pregnant women》and《The death monitoring scheme of Chinese children aged less than 5 years old》, the death status before and after carrying out mother-infant safety project in Tangshan were analyzed with random cluster sampling.Results:The mortality of pregnant, lying-in women, neonates, infants and children aged less than 5 years old after carrying out the project respectively decreased 42.86%, 30.37%, 17.01% and 14.00% ( P <0.01) than those before carrying out the project.Conclusion:Carrying out mother-infant safety project and enhancing delivery rate in hospital should be the effective method for decrease of pregnant and lying-in women, infants and children aged less than 5 years old.
