舌引流淋巴管与下颌骨关系的研究及临床意义

目的：了解舌引流淋巴管与下颌骨之间的关系。方法：收集20具引产胎儿（6个月以上）尸体作为受试对象，采用淋巴管间接注射法，显示舌引流淋巴管，利用下颌骨整体透明法和常规组织切片，观察舌引流淋巴管与下颌骨之间的关系。结果：舌引流淋巴管均经下颌骨舌侧软组织内向下方引流，骨膜及颌骨内未见淋巴管影像。在下颌骨正中联合区域及下颌体部磨牙区，舌引流淋巴管与下颌骨存在较为密切的位置关系。结论：舌引流淋巴管和下颌骨舌侧骨膜存在着较为密切的位置关系，并无淋巴引流关系，并结论为舌及口底恶性肿瘤治疗时对下颌骨的处理，提供了形态学依据。

Study on Relationship of Collective Lymphatic Vessels of Tongue and Mandible

Objective:To investigate the relationship between collective lymphatic vessels of tongue and mandible.Methods:20 embryo dead bodys were collected for this study.We adopted indirect lymphatic injection to stain the collective lymphatic vessels of tongue.Then the mandibles were dissected.Some of them were cleared with winter green oil,and the others were made into sections,stained with HE,and observed under microscope.Results:The collective lymphatic vessels of tongue drained to the cervical lymph nodes through the lingual side of mandible and close to the periosteum,especially at symphyseal region and molar region of mandible.But mandible and periosteum appeared to be alymphatics.Conclusions:The clollective lymphatic vessels of tongue are close to the mandible.But the relationship of drainage of lymphatics does not exist between them.It provides anatomical evidence for treatment of mandible for patients with malignant tumor of tongue and floor of mouth.
