| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨一氧化氮 (NO)、超氧化物歧化酸 (SOD)在 2型糖尿病患者并发高血压时所起的作用。方法 :分别测定 3 0例符合WHO诊断标准的 2型糖尿病和 2型糖尿病合并高血压患者血中NO、SOD水平 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 :2型糖尿病合并高血压患者血中NO水平明显升高而SOD降低。结论 :联合检测血中SOD、NO对预测 2型糖尿病患者血管并发症的发生、发展有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of nitric oxide(NO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in type 2 diabetes with hypertension.Methods According to WHO diagnostic standard, the levels of serum NO and SOD were determined and analyzed statistically in 30 patients with type 2 diabetes with hypertension. Results The levels of serum NO was increased and SOD was dcereased significantly in patients with type 2 diabetes with hypertension. Conclusions Combined determination of serum NO and SOD is very important to predict the occurrence and development of the complications of type 2 diabetes. |
