总丹酚酸抗脑缺血与抗血栓的关系

摘    要:目的研究总丹酚酸抗脑缺血与脑血栓的关系。方法采用大鼠大脑中动脉缺血模型,观察总丹酚酸对脑缺血的影响;采用在体动静脉血栓法,观察总丹酚酸对血栓形成的影响,并取血测PGI2,TXA2及内皮素含量的变化。结果发现总丹酚酸125~25mg·kg-1可降低脑梗塞面积和水肿,减少血栓湿重,并降低脑缺血后高水平的TXA2,但对PGI2则无影响,从而改变PGI2/TXA2的比值,总丹酚酸亦可降低脑缺血后血中内皮素的含量,25mg·kg-1的VitE则无上述作用。结论总丹酚酸的抗脑缺血作用与抑制血栓形成有关。

Abstract:AIM To investigate the influence of total salvianolic acid on thrombosis formation, and the effect on plasma endothelium content after cerebral ischemia. METHODS Middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) and thrombosis formation model were used to evaluate drugs effect. After cerebral ischemia, 6 keto PGF 1α , TXB 2 and endothelium in plasma were measured. RESULTS Total salvianolic acid had the effect of preventing thrombosis formation and decreasing the high level of TXB 2 after cerebral ischemia, but no influence on 6 keto PGF 1α . Total salvianolic acid could also decrease plasma endothelium content. CONCLUSION Anti cerebral ischemia mechanism of total salvianolic acid involved in the inhibition of thrombosis formation and modulation of PGI 2 and TXA 2 ratio.
