| 摘 要： | 阻止肿瘤侵袭和转移是治疗癌症病人的关键因素，本文从５个方面分别综述了抑制肿瘤侵袭和转移的药物研究进展，包括抗基底膜降解、抑制肿瘤细胞运动、抗癌细胞粘附及抑制血管生成的药物和多种中草药。

| Abstract: | Invasion and metastasis is a key factor in determining the prognosis of many patients with cancer. This review summarizes the new research progress on anti invasion and anti metastasis drug, including medicine of inhibition of extracellular matrix degradation, of antimotility treatment possibilites,of antiadhesion techniques,of inhibition of angiogenesis and natural products. |
