| 摘 要： | 根据国内外的文献报道，结合自己的实验研究，对苯妥英在促进创面愈合方面的应用及其作用机制作进一步分析和归纳。发现苯妥英对创伤愈合有明显的促进作用，尤其对一些难愈性的创伤有较好的疗效；其机制主要是减轻炎症反应，促进肉芽组织增生，降低创面感染。苯妥英是一个安全、有效、价廉的促进创面愈合的药物，值得推广和重视

| Abstract: | AIM To introduce the applications and mechanisms of phenytoin in promoting wound healing. The domestic and abroad literature were further analyzed and concluded. It suggested that pheny toin had a significant role in promoting wound healing, especially in non healing wound. Its mechanisms were that phenytoin can alleviate the inflammation reaction and promote the granulation tissue proliferation, and decrease the wound infection. It indicated phenytoin was a safe and effect, and inexpensive drug in promoting wound healing, and its applications worth to be regarded and extended. |
