超脉冲CO2激光联合调Q-YAG激光治疗眼睑型汗管瘤的疗效

摘    要:目的:比较超脉冲CO2激光联合调Q-YAG激光与多功能电离子两种方法治疗汗管瘤的临床疗效。方法:收集眼睑型汗管瘤106例,随机分为两组,分别采用超脉冲CO2激光联合调Q-YAG激光(联合组,J组)与多功能电离子(电离子组,E组)治疗汗管瘤60例、39例(皮损病灶分别623、584个);以每个病灶为单位,对照观察C组和E组术后创面较原病灶扩大的比率、术后出现并发症的比率及一次清除率。结果:J组中病灶出现创面较原病灶扩大1mm、2mm的比率,明显低于E组,差异有显著性(P值均<0.01);C组中病灶出现局部凹陷、瘢痕增生、色素沉着、色素减退等各种并发症的比率,均明显低于E组,差异有显著性(P值均<0.01);J组的病灶一次清除率96.5%,低于E组(98.8%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:超脉冲CO2激光激光联合调Q-YAG激光治疗汗管瘤术后创面损伤小,并发症少,治愈率高,总体疗效优于多功能电离子。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the curative effects of syringoma with Super pulse CO2 laser and Tune Q-YAG laser(Joint group,J group),multi-purpose electricion(Electric group,E group)electricion.Methods:106 patients with syringoma were randomly divided into two groups treated respectively by J group and E group.The occurrnce rates of enlagcment of lesions and effectiveness after operation,and the rates of one-elimination were compared in two groups.Results:The occurrence rates of the area enlagcment above lmm and 2mm competed withwound after operation and original lesion in J group were both lower than that in E group(P<0.01,P<0.01).The four types of complications in Joint group were all lower than those in E group(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01).The rates of one-off eimination in Joint group was high upto 96.5%,although it was lower than that of E group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The total curative effect of syringoma with Super pulse CO2 laser and Tune Q-YAG laser is better than multi-purpose electric ion because of less wound area and lower rate of complications and high cure rate ultrapulse.
