《针灸学》中篇提前讲授的影响因素探讨

在针灸学教学改革中，将中篇提前讲授，使学生初步认识和掌握针灸基本操作，同时学习经络、腧穴，这样解决了因腧穴内容集中学习而难以记忆的问题，提高了学生对经络腧穴学习的兴趣，同时给其更多动手操作机会，弥补中篇针灸技术实训课时偏少的缺点。为了达到教学改革的目的，在中篇提前教学中，应把握住何时提前、提前内容取舍、针具准备和实训课内容设计几个影响因素。

Discussing influence factors in teaching medium-part ahead of time by "Acupuncture and Moxi bustion Study"

In the reform of teaching acupuncture, teaching medium-length in advance so that students understand and master acupuncture basic operations while learning meridian and acupoints can help students solve the problem of memorizing them in massed learning of acupoints and arouse their learning interests in the abstract and boring meridian and acupoints and give them more hands-operation opportunities to make up for the few training courses in medium-length Acupuncture and Moxibustion. In order to achieve the purpose of teaching reform, in our early years of teaching medium-length ahead,we feel that we should grasp such main factors as when to bring forward teaching,what contents to choose and how to prepare acupuncture tools and how to design the training contents.
