胆碱能性荨麻疹的综合性心理治疗

目的 研究胆碱能性荨麻疹患者是否有明显的抑郁情绪,探讨应用综合性心理治疗的方法治疗胆碱能性荨麻疹的疗效。方法 23例胆碱能性荨麻疹患者经采用认知行为治疗,理性情绪行为治疗和冥思等综合性心理治疗。观察其治疗前后发病次数和用SDS测量的抑郁严重度指数的变化。结果 23例胆碱能性荨麻疹患者SDS测量的抑郁严重度指数高于正常值,经综合性心理治疗后胆碱能性荨麻疹的发病次数明显减少,抑郁严重度指数下降。结论 胆碱能性荨麻疹患者普遍具有抑郁情绪,综合性心理治疗可明显减少其发病次数并可改善其抑郁状态。

Synthetic psychotherapy of cholinergic urticaria

Objective To investigate whether depression is related to cholinergie urticaria patients and to explore the effect of synthetic psychotherapy on cholinergic urticaria. Methods The 23 patients with cholinergic urticaria were treated with cognitive-behavioral therapies,rational emotive behavior therapies and transcendental meditation therapies comprehesionly. The onset frequency of cholinergic urticaria and depression-index tested by SDS before and after being treated were compared. Results The depression-index of cholinergic urticaria patients were higher than that of normal person. The psychotherapy reduced the onset frequency of cholinergic urticaria and decreased depression -index notably. Conclusion The patients with cholinergic urticaria are depressive generally, combined psychotherapy is effective in decreasing the onset frequency of cholinergic urticaria and in improving depression symptoms of patients with cholinergic urticaria.
