商业性女性性服务人群心理状况调查分析

目的了解商业性女性性服务人群（CSW）的心理健康水平及影响因素,为针对性的心理行为干预提供依据。方法应用整群抽样法选择胶州市、聊城市的东昌府区、邹城市3个县级市（区）社区内从事商业性性服务的女性为调查对象,采用症状自评量表、社会支持评定量表对其进行问卷调查。结果共调查496人,平均年龄（22.05±4.00）岁,未婚者占85.48%,中学及以下文化程度者占70.57%,其SCL-90量表9个因子分均显著高于两个全国常模（P值均小于0.001）,多种心理问题间存在相关性,其心理状况在不同年龄组、婚姻状况、户籍所在地、来源场所间差异无统计学意义,而在不同文化程度、城乡户口间差异有统计学意义;社会支持影响其心理状况。结论商业性女性性服务人群心理健康状况显著低于普通人群,文化程度、户口类型等社会人口学特征和社会支持情况是影响其心理状况的主要因素。

Investigation and Analysis of Psychological Status among Female Commercial Sex Workers

Objective To understand the psychological status and it＇s influential factors among female commercial sex workers （CSWs）, and to provide basis for intervention. Methods CSWs were recruited from Jiaozhou, Liaocheng and Zoucheng City with cluster sampling method. SCL -90 and SSS were used among the subjects. Results A total of 496 CSWs were investigated, with the average age of （22. 05 ±4. 00） years. The majority of them were single and with poor education. The 9 factor scales of SCL - 90 were significantly higher in our subjects than those in national norms （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Some psychological problems were correlated with each others. Significant differences in mental health status were found among groups with different educational levels, work places and registered permanent residences, and weren＇t found among groups with different ages, marital status and native places. Social support affected the psychological status. Conclusion The psychological status among CSWs was significantly worse than that of common people, and the factors associated with lower mental health included education, work place, registered permanent residence, and social support.
