| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨骨科手术后深静脉血栓形成的预防性护理措施。方法:将我科74例骨科手术患者分为常规护理组和预见性护理组各37例。预防护理组除常规护理外增加加强观察、早期活动、穿弹力袜、抗凝药物使用等。观察两组深静脉血栓发生情况。结果:预防护理组的深静脉栓塞发生较常规护理组低(P0.05)。结论:骨科手术后采用预防性护理措施能降低深静脉血栓形成的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study preventive nursing of deep venous thromboembolism after orthopaedics surgery. Methods： 74 patients were divided into general group and preventive nursing group,37 patients in each group. The prevention nursing including to nurse besides the convention increasesstrengthens the observation, the early activity,prevents clotting the medicine use and so on. To observe the occur rate of deep venous thrombosis of two groups. Results ： the occur rate of deep venous thrombosis in preventive nursing group was lower than in general group（P〈0.05） Conclusion： The preventive nursing can degrade the occur rate of deep venous thrombosis. |
