| 摘 要： | 目的：探索急性心肌梗塞用尿激酶溶栓治疗的护理。方法：观察２８例急性心肌梗塞尿激酶溶栓治疗患者的护理措施对疗效及病情预后的影响。结果：２８例溶栓治疗者，再通２１例，再通率７５％，无死亡。结论：正确、恰当的护理措施，对尿激酶溶栓治疗急性心肌梗塞的成败有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the nursing for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction by dissolution of embolism of urkoinas. Methods: To observe the nursing on the influence of treatment effect and prognosis in 28 cases of acute myocardial infarction used urkoinas to dissolve embolism. Results: Among 28 cases of acute myocardial infarction by dissolution of embolism of urkoinas, 21 cases succeed. They take 75% of recovery rate. No any death occurred.Conclusion:A proper,well-chosen nursing may help the success of treatment for acute myocardial infarction by dissolution of embolism of urkoinas. |
