| 摘 要： | 目的观察雷公藤内酯醇和华蟾素对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7增殖的影响。方法利用台盼蓝计数以及MTT法检测该药物对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。结果雷公藤内酯醇在75~150 mg/L的剂量下可以对MCF-7细胞的生长产生明显的抑制作用;华蟾素在0.4 g/mL0、.2 g/mL的剂量下可对MCF-7细胞的生长产生明显的抑制作用;雷公藤内酯醇(75 mg/L)和华蟾素(0.2 g/mL)联合作用也可以对MCF-7细胞的生长产生明显的抑制作用;两者均有明显的时间依耐性。结论雷公藤内酯醇和华蟾素单独应用或者联合作用均可对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的增殖产生抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the influence of triptolide(TP) and cinobufotalin(CBC) on breast cancer cell MCF-7 proliferation.Methods The inhibition action of TP and CBC on cancer cells were observed with trypan blue staining and MTT methods.Results TP could obviously inhibit the proliferation of MCF-7 cells at the concentration of 75～150 mg/L.CBC could obviously inhibit the proliferation of MCF-7 cells at the concentration of 0.4 g/mL and 0.2 g/mL.TP(75 mg/L) together with CBC(0.2 g/mL) could obviously inhibit the proliferation of MCF-7 cells.They all had obvious time-dependent.Conclusions TP only or together with CBC has antiproliferative effects on MCF-7 cells. |
