原发性高血压与胰岛素抵抗的相关性研究

目的探讨胰岛素抵抗与原发性高血压的关系。方法对175例原发性高血压患者和40例健康对照者测定标准收缩压（SBP），舒张压（DBP），空腹血糖（FBG），血空腹胰岛素（FINS），血脂分析包括血三酰甘油（TG），胆固醇（TC）以及高密度脂蛋白（HDL）的检测，计算胰岛素敏感指数（LSI）。结果两组比较，高血压组SBP、DBP、FBG、TG、TC、FINS、ISI均高于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；SBP、DBP、TG、TC与IsI呈明显负相关。结论原发性高血压病人存在明显的胰岛素抵抗状态。

The relationship between insulin resistance and primary hypertension

Objective To explore the relationship between insulin resistance and primary hypertension. Methods One hundred and sev- enty five eases of primary hypertension and 40 healthy controls were examined with standard blood presure （SBP and DBP） and levels of fast blood glucose （ FBG ）, fast insulin （ FINS ）, triglycerides （TG）, total cholesterol （TC） and high - density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL ）. Then the in- sulin sensitivity index （ISI） was calculated. Restdts All above - mentioned findings were compared between these two groups. SBP, DBP, FBG, TG, TC, FINS and ISI in the group of hypertension were higher than those of control group, and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. SBP, DBP, TG, TC and ISI were negatively con＇elated. Conclusion There is remarkable insulin resistance in patients with primary hypertension.
