| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨心理护理在复杂性视网膜脱离行玻璃体切割手术患者中的应用价值.方法 对81例患者实施心理护理.结果 患者均能很好地配合术前、术中、术后检查和治疗,护士服务态度满意率为99%,视网膜复位平伏率为93%.结论 良好的心理护理可使患者形成良好的自我心理调节,改善患者不良的心理状态,使患者有效地配合手术治疗,对确保手术疗效起着重要的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on the vitrectomy and gas or silicone oil tamponade with complicated retinal detachment.Methods To perform psychological nursing in 81 patients.Results Every patient could cooperate actively with doctors during examination,surgery and treatment.The rate of satisfaction with nurses was 99%.The retina reattached was 92.5%.Conclusion The favorable psychological nursing can ensure the patients accept the treatment more positively,and improve the effe... |
