摘    要:目的 探讨不同浓度FE复合酶在烧伤感染创面上对微生物、愈合时间的作用及对肝、肾功能的可能影响。方法 将每1m1含酶1.5、3U的FE复合酶浸透两层纱布覆盖于烧伤感染创面上,每天换药1次,使用前、后15min行创面细菌培养,每隔1周行肝、肾功能检查。结果 3U/1m的FE复合酶对MRSA有效,1.5U/1m1的FE复合酶对其他创面分离菌均有效,愈合时间明显缩短,肝、肾功能正常。结论 FE复合酶可以在烧伤创面上常规安全使用的药物,具有较强的广谱杀菌能力,但要有足够的浓度才有良好的效果。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of FE combined enzyme (including mainly lysostaphin) in different concentrations on the microbes on burn wound, and observe the wound healing and the hepatic and renal functions of the patients. METHODS Two layers of gauze were soaked with FE combined enzyme of two different concentrations (1.5 and 3.0 activity unit/ml) and then used onto infective burn wound daily. Wound swab cultures were carried out before and 15 min after the use of FE combined enzyme, and also the hepatic and renal functions of the patients were examined before and weekly after the use of it. RESULTS The FE combined enzyme of 3 activity unit/ml had an eliminating effect on MRSA on burn wound, while that of 1.5 activity unit/ml had a wide eliminating effects on other bacteria. The wound healing time had shortened by the use of FE combined enzyme, and the hepatic and renal functions were normal after the use of it. CONCLUSIONS FE combined enzyme is an effective and safe topical medicament for burned wound. It has a wide bactericidal spectrum and strong bactericidal capability. However the concentration high enough is essential.
