新疆地州市级卫生监督机构人力资源现状分析

摘    要:目的:了解新疆地州市级卫生监督机构的卫生人力资源现状,为合理配置地州市级卫生监督人员提供依据。方法:采用普查法对2010年新疆14所地州市级卫生监督机构进行调查,采用)(2检验对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:14所地州市级卫生监督机构的人员编制401人,在岗人员数385人;学历构成以大专学历为主占44.68%,其次是本科及以上占33.51%,中专为21.82%;专业构成以预防专业为主占48.05%;年龄分布主要集中于36—45岁年龄段,占40.52%。结论:地州市级卫生监督机构卫生人员数量偏少,各机构间水平不全相同。建议制定市级卫生监督机构人员配置标准,合理配置人力,建设一支职业化的卫生监督队伍。

Abstract:Objective To understand current status of human resources of state - level health supervision institutions in Xinjiang, and to provide rational allocation of health supervision as state - level basis. Methods In 2010, 14 state -level health supervision institutions in Xinjiang were investigated using survey method. X2 test was used for statistical analysis of survey results. Results In all these 14 institutions, there are 401 agencies, and the number in post are 385. The education constitute of them are as follows : tertiary education level for 44. 68 %, undergraduate and above for 33.51%, academic school for 21.82%. Professional composition are mainly from prevention medicine ,with the rate is 48.05%. The age are mainly from 36 to 45 years old,accounting for 40.52%.. Conclusion The number of staff in state - level health supervision institutions are not enough, the level from different institutions are not same. Standard staffing level for state - level health supervision institutions should be formulated, and highly skilled health supervision institutions should built
