| 摘 要： | 目的：通过垂体微瘤术后MRI影像学表现为临床提供了复查时间的选择。方法：回顾性研究，将101例垂体微瘤术前、术后MRI影像学表现，分为4个时间段，研究术后一段时间蝶鞍内容物和肿瘤切除程度的变化。结果：垂体微腺瘤术后3月-6月临床症状大部分消失，血清激素水平趋于稳定，鞍内手术位点发生变化，术中填塞物与残留肿瘤组织有明显区别。结论：垂体微腺瘤术后3月-6月MRI检查可以发现残留肿瘤组织，是复查MRI检查的最佳时机。 |

| Abstract: | Objective Adopt MRI iconography to show postoperative pituitary microadenoma,provides a review of clinical time choice.Methods A retrospective study of 101 patients with pituitary microadenoma in preoperative and postoperative,whose MRI imaging were divided into four time periods,studied the changes of contents and degree after tumor sella turcica.Results 3-6 months later,most of the clinical symptoms disappeared and serum hormone levels were stabled,surgical site within the saddle were changes too.Stuffing... |
