| 摘 要： | 目的 观察改进静脉留置针封管技术后的临床效果.方法 选择60例使用静脉留置针的住院患儿,分为常规组(30例)和观察组(30例).常规组采用常规方法(消毒后,针尖斜面进入肝素帽内,脉冲式推入2 mL肝素),观察组封管时,将留置针尾端延长管肝素帽提起与床面垂直放置再封管,其余方法同常规组,观察两组次日静脉输液滴数及留置时间...
