| 摘 要： | 目的：观察甲基强的松龙冲击疗法（MPPT）治疗急性脊髓炎的疗效。方法：对75例急性脊髓炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。对应用甲基强的松龙冲击治疗的40例（治疗组）急性脊髓炎患者，与35例应用地塞米松（对照组）治疗的患者进行疗效比较。结果：治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：甲基强的松龙冲击疗法（MPPT）是治疗急性脊髓炎快速而安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of methylprednisolone pulse therapy(MPPT) in acute myelitis. Methods:The date of 75 patients with acute myelitis were reviewed retrospectively. To compared therapeutic efficacy between methylprednisone treated group(40 cases) and the dexamethasone treated group(35 cases) .Result:Compared with dexamethasone group,the MPPT group was better.(P<0.01) .Conclusion:MPPT is a fast,safe and effective way. |
