丝裂霉素和异环磷酰胺及顺铂联合治疗53例晚期非小细胞肺癌

目的：评价丝裂霉素（M），异环磷酰胺（I）和顺铂（C）联合治疗晚期肺癌的疗效和毒性。方法：53例不能手术ⅢB－Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌采用MIC方案化疗：丝裂霉素6mg/m^2，静脉冲入，第1天；异环磷酰胺1．2－1．4g/m^2，静脉滴注，第1，2，3天，美斯纳400mg/次，静脉冲注，0，4，8小时，连用3天；顺铂30－35mg/m^2，静脉滴注，第1，2，3天，每3周为一周期，连用二周期后评价疗效。结果：53例中，PR24例（45．3％），SD17例（31．1％），PD12例（22．6％），中位生存期11．8个月，一年存活性为46％，毒副反应主要为恶心、呕吐和血象下降。结论：MIC方案是晚期非小细胞肺癌较有效的方案。

Mitomycin, ifosfamide and cisplatin combination chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced Non - small cell lung cancer

ve:To evaluate the combined chemotherapy efficacy and toxicity of mitomycin, ifosfamide and cisplatin on advanced non- small cell lung cancer. Method:53 cases of stage ffl B - IV lung cancer were treated with MIC regimen, that is mito-myin 6mg/m2, ifosfamide 1.2- 1. 4g/m iv drip, day l,2,3,mesna 400mg, iv bouls 0,4,8 hour, day 1, 2, 3, cisplatin 25 - 35mg/m2 iv drip day l,2,3:and enough solution need to be given intra venous infusion.The treatment was recycled every 21 days.The thera-putic effect was evaluated after 2 cycles. Results: Partial response rate was 45. 3 % . Median survival time was 11.8 months, 1 - year survival was 46% . The main side- effects were nausea, vomiting and leukopenia. Conclusion:The MIC regimen is regarded as a better regimen for advanced lung cancer.
